I don’t usually post reviews, but my experience has been so completely different from prior post I feel the need to comment. I suffered multiple months of sinus infections and bronchitis. After ordering CATSCAN of sinus, Dr. Freedman recommended surgery. He explained the surgical process and patiently answered all my questions. Other than diagnostic surgeries, I have never been under anesthesia and was nervous. His staff provided additional reading material containing surgical description, pre and post -op instructions, follow-up appointments scheduled and after office call info. I called his office with a question re: rinse process that I was experiencing. His staff answered my questions, relieved my anxiety and encouraged me to call them back if I had any issues. Dr. Freedman said he was going to help me feel better. After just 2 weeks post-op, I am feeling much, much better and look forward to continued recovery. I would recommend Dr. Freedman. Dr. Freedman and his entire staff are amazing! They are informative, caring and professional. I had two separate in-office nasal procedures done and needless to say, I was quite nervous. They were great making me feel comfortable. If you have any procedures done, follow post-op care instructions exactly as they say.
